30 minutes are perfect for them people who are in a rush but want to smash a quick and effective workout💪🏼
90 minute sessions are ideal for people who are interested in more weight lifting and strength based sessions and would benefit from a bit more time, whether it’s used for technique work, rest periods or just to fit more sets and reps in🏋🏼♂️
