Our wonderful Acorn class have entered a scarecrow in the Heather Scarecrow Festival!

Crowvoirrdale- all crows welcome can be seen and voted for as part of the festival, to win some wonderful prizes for school.

A lovely local, free event starts soon, and rumour has it........ Acorn class has its very own scarecrow entered!

The countdown is well and truly on! In just 5 days, the Heather Scarecrow Festival returns, bringing a week of creativity, community spirit and fun for all ages.

From amazing handmade scarecrows, delicious cakes and a fantastic village atmosphere, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

📅 2nd – 9th August

Bring your family, invite your friends and make a day of it. We can't wait to see the village come alive once again!

Just a little message to say we hope you are all enjoying summer!

We are still around with lots going on in school..... Our EYFS and KS1 classes have had new smart boards installed, there has been decorating going on in and around our school servery, we've had a heating upgrade in our Belvoirdale hub and the work is still going on!

So, back at Easter we had our dress a potato competition as part of World Book Day.

This started a debate in Hazel Class as no one believed Mr Dickson when he said you could grow potatoes from a potato!

Looks like Hazel class proved themselves wrong as look what they managed to grow!

Science at its finest!

Tomorrow will be non-uniform and toy day here at Belvoirdale.

Please ensure these are traditional toys. No electronics.
