Week 5 🥳🥳
1️⃣ On Monday we have CARDIO HIIT. We’ll see the work time increase and the rest time decrease… Spicy one to start the week off with!
2️⃣ On Tuesday we have HYPER (Upper). We’ll see few new exercises and with that - the tempo work is coming back in!
3️⃣ On Wednesday we have PODIUM! Second progression of our brand new session - full body conditioning and prep for the comp!
4️⃣ On Thursday we have STRENGTH (Mixed). We’ll see the tempo work on each exercise to increase time under tension and to refine control.
5️⃣ On Friday we have CARDIO U (Aerobic). We’ll see increased working time but also the transition time decrease.
6️⃣ On Saturday we have HIRT (Lower). First progression of HIRT, where strength is combined with conditioning across 3 different zones.

Week 4 🥳🥳
1️⃣ On Monday we have STRENGTH ENDURANCE. Same format as last progression, but this time we’ll add targets to both - cardio and resistance exercises.
2️⃣ On Tuesday we have CARDIO HIIT. In this session the progression will be added work time in the sets. Get ready for the burn!
3️⃣ On Wednesday we have STRENGTH (Lower). This will be the first progression of LB Strength in this block!
4️⃣ On Thursday we have CARDIO SUMMIT. We’ll continue with same format as the last progression, although with increased targets!
5️⃣ On Friday we have PUMP (Upper). Loads of volume throughout this session! We’ll also see some new additional movements.
6️⃣ On Saturday we have our SECRET SESSION! Keep your eyes peeled for more info…

Congratulations to our May Member of the Month! 🔥👏
Raghu has had an outstanding month, showing incredible consistency and determination.
Raghu started with us few months ago, and one of his goals was to start doing cardio. Not only he has started attending cardio sessions regularly this month - but he also pushes himself in those sessions in particular.
Raghu has shown consistency and determination throughout this month - always striving to improve.
Keep it up, Raghu! We love having you as part of our community and can’t wait to see you continue levelling up.
