Do you love working with children and creating fun, engaging activities? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Playworker to join our team! 🎨⚽📚
✨ Role: Playworker
📍 Location: St Edwards Academy, Leek.
🕒 Hours: 3:15-5.15 Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will:
✔️ Enjoy working with older children. 8-13 years
✔️ Be energetic, creative, and patient
✔️ Help provide a safe and fun environment
✔️ Work well as part of a team
Experience is preferred but not essential – a positive attitude and passion for childcare are most important! 🌈

If anyone has children starting at St Edwards Academy in Septrmber and needs before or after school care. We are open from 7.30am for breakfast club and until 6pm after school.
We have a limited number of irregular booking spaces for anyone who works odd shifts. (Minimum of 1 session per week.)
We also offer short after school sessions until 4pm for anyone with a regular or irregular booking (not available for ad hoc sessions)
Please contact us to book your places.

Morning everyone,

‼️IMPORTANT INFORMSTION‼️

Thursdays Messy play is on (20th June) .... but after much thought and deliberation we have made the sad decision to stop doing our messy play sessions so Thursday will be our last one. 🥺
We can't seem to get people through the door, even since dropping the prices and it's not paying for itself.

We have put in our time and effort voluntarily for the last 13 months and it's cost us more money personally than it has brought in.

We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has been to our sessions, especially those who have been regularly.

We really have loved doing the sessions, meeting new people and seeing the little ones making a mess. We are really sad that it has come to this point. 😭
