We offer both kids and adults classes in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. You can choose either traditional Chinese Kung Fu, Kickboxing, or if you're feeling energetic, both!! You will learn

various kicking, punching and striking techniques, self defence, and sparring techniques, weapons training (for high grade Kung Fu), and much more! Our friendly, fully qualified, first aid trained, and DBS (CRB) checked instructors are Lau Gar trained to a high standard by Bob Parkinson of Stoke Kung Fu and Kickboxing, who holds a 4th degree black belt in both Lau Gar Kung Fu and Kickboxing.
