Drama/Storytelling Facilitators
for Teacher CPD programme (EYFS & KS1)

Context
We are recruiting for 3 practitioners to join a cohort of facilitators learning and delivering our Paul Hamlyn funded programme, ‘The Magic Storybox Approach to Primary Curriculum’.
The programme is part of the Paul Hamlyn Foundation’s Teacher Development Fund, which aims to ‘support teachers to develop arts-based approaches which create equitable classrooms where all children learn and thrive’.
A Drama in Education practitioner working with teachers and young learners (ages 4 to 7) should have a mix of essential and desirable training and attributes to effectively engage children and support their learning through drama.

Payment and Contract
The anticipated contract fee for this will be in the region of £7,000.
Initial contract for 12 months with opportunity for extension for an additional 12 months following review. Facilitators will be employed on a freelance basis and will be expected to provide details of their own insurance and DBS check.
