And that’s us DONE for the week! 🩷✨

The academy is officially closed for the weekend and we’ll be back Monday morning from 9am.

You might still see us popping up on your feed because our posts are all scheduled 😂 but don’t think we’re ignoring you! We’re switching off, spending some much-needed family time together and having a very well-deserved rest after such a busy week.

All messages and enquiries will be picked back up on Monday. 💌

What a WEEK at Beauty-licious Academy!

Lash extensions training ✔️
Lash Lift & Tint ✔️
Brow Lamination ✔️
Permanent Jewellery fittings ✔️
New furniture fitted ✔️
PAT testing done ✔️

Between me training and Kyle building, fitting jewellery and getting the academy sorted, we’ve definitely not stopped 😂

But I absolutely LOVE seeing everything coming together and the academy looking better and better.

Now it’s officially time to switch off and enjoy the weekend… because Monday we go again! 🩷

✨ A little refresh for one of our beauty rooms… what do we all think? 🌸

We’ve given one of our training rooms at Beauty-licious Academy a little update! Nothing too drastic, just a few changes to make the space feel cleaner, brighter and more professional while still keeping all the pink Beauty-licious vibes. 💗

We’re always tweaking things behind the scenes to make the academy the best environment possible for our students.

✨ A little bit of NEWNESS at Beauty-licious Academy ✨

It’s been a BUSY week behind the scenes! 😅

While I’ve been busy training our amazing student this week, Kyle’s basically been promoted to academy handyman 😂🔨

We’ve added some new furniture and made a few changes around the academy to make everything feel neater, more organised and SO much bigger — and I’m loving how it’s all coming together! 🩷

We’re always looking at ways to improve the academy and make it a beautiful, welcoming space for our students to learn in.

All four of our students did absolutely amazing today and passed with flying colours! 🎓👏

It’s always such a proud moment watching students come in ready to learn, build their confidence throughout the day and leave with brand-new skills and a qualification under their belt.

You should all be SO proud of yourselves — we definitely are! 🥹💕

Congratulations ladies, now it’s time to keep practising, perfect those results and enjoy your beauty journey! ✨

🚨 NAIL TECHS — IMPORTANT TPO UPDATE! 🚨

If you’ve been worried about what the new TPO rules mean for your nail products, please read this! 💅🏼

ABT has now clarified its insurance position following guidance from the CTPA.

✨ Nail professionals in England, Scotland and Wales can continue using nail products containing TPO after 14th February 2027, providing those products were purchased before 14th February 2027.

✨ ABT has confirmed it will continue to insure its members using these products professionally until they are used up, provided they were purchased before the deadline.

✨ Suppliers will have to stop selling TPO-containing products from 14th February 2027.

So if you already have TPO products, don't panic and start throwing your stock away! 🙈

As an academy, we think it's really important that our students don't just receive training and a certificate — we want to keep you informed when changes happen within our industry too. 🩷

✨ GIRL THERAPY = DOING LASHES ✨

Once you get used to doing lashes, it genuinely becomes one of the most relaxing jobs. 🤍

Your music on, lashes lined up, getting completely lost in creating the perfect set… pure therapy. 🫶🏼

But first? You’ve got to get through THAT stage. 😂

The shaky hands.
The lashes sticking together.
Wondering why your fan just closed.
Taking FOREVER to finish a set.
The trial and error and thinking, “Am I ever actually going to get this?!” 😭

Every good lash tech started there.

Keep practising. Keep making mistakes. Keep learning from them. One day, everything just starts to click — and the thing you once found stressful becomes the thing you find relaxing. 💗

Don’t give up during the hard part. That’s where your lash career is being built. ✨

POV: The CEO said she “loves having a man around” because I can do all the jobs she can’t be bothered doing 😂🔨

Today’s task: fitting drawers.

Apparently this is ONLY the start of what she’s ordered… 😭

I thought I worked at a beauty academy. Turns out I’m now:
Social media manager ✅
Permanent jewellery fitter ✅
Maintenance man ✅
Flat-pack furniture specialist ✅
CEO’s personal handyman ✅

At this rate I’ll be fitting a new kitchen by Friday.

Anything to keep the CEO happy, I suppose 😂

A HUGE congratulations to our amazing students who have completed their Lash Extensions Training with us! 🎓👏

From learning the techniques to putting them into practice, you’ve worked so hard and should be so proud of yourselves. Now it’s time to keep practising, build that confidence and start creating some gorgeous lashes! 💕
