Celebrating Christmas and the wonderful staff we have last night! Missed a few sadly that couldn’t be with us but had a lovely evening together. One more week of fun and festivities before the Christmas break 🎄🎄🎄

Director

🕰 How long have you worked here?
8.5 years since setting up the company.

😊 What do you enjoy most about working with children?
Their curiosity, innocence and watching them happily enjoying themselves and sharing their wins, whether it be mastering a new game, completing a jigsaw or just creating something from a load of junk!

🎲 Favourite game to play with the children at club:
Probably a card game like Dobble or Uno but love drawing with the children too.

📚 What was your favourite book or TV show as a child?
My favourite book was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, I’ve read it many times!

🍽 If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Too hard to choose 😫 either Penne Arrabbiata or enchiladas! 🇮🇹 🇲🇽

✨ Fun fact or hidden talent:
I’ve met Richard Branson!

🌈 If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
To be invisible….oooh the spying I could do 🕵🏼‍♀️

I love food and eating out and have my own Instagram Foodie influencer account called ‘Brunch at Dawn’ 😊

It took me under 3 months to get my drivers licence!

😊 What do you enjoy most about working with children?
How creative they are, especially when they show me their drawings and things they’ve made with the recycled materials!

When they decide to create shows and performances.

📚 What was your favourite book or TV show as a child?
Definitely the How to Train Your Dragon books and film series.

🍽 If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Spaghetti carbonara.

I love acting and I’ve been in several shows before.

To be able to read peoples’ minds.

😊 What do you enjoy most about working with children?
Children can sometimes surprise you with their kindness, curiosity and warmth. Helping them achieve academic and personal goals gives me a satisfaction no other job has given so far.

Jenga or Scrabble

📚 What was your favourite book or TV show as a child?
Harry Potter series or Agatha Christie series.

🍽 If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Biriyani from a restaurant called Arsalan in my hometown, Kolkata

✨ Fun fact or hidden talent:
I love to sing in different languages and I give extra time and effort to get the correct pronunciation.

Don't we already have our own superpowers? I think mine are my smile and being a child at heart, no matter how many birthdays pass by.

That I got 100% in Math in my A-levels.

Seeing them flourish and grow into their personalities and being able to be part of that fills my heart.

Currently Monopoly! But I love being crafty, and being on the art table is definitely my favourite.

📚 What was your favourite book or TV show as a child?
Harry Potter, I’ve read them around 10 times and will always be my favourite!

Anything Italian!

I’ve always had a love for music, singing and can play the piano, guitar and violin but haven’t really done it since I was 17!

I enjoy working with children, as it's a fun, rewarding, and a meaningful role to watch the children grow and develop through learning and play.

My favourite games to play with the children are Uno and Dobble.

My favourite childhood book was The Magic Faraway Tree.

The meal I would choose to have every day for the rest of my life would be jacket potato because they are a diverse meal.

A fun fact that not many people know about me is that I have a massive collection of gonks!
