Join us on Wednesday 10th June, 9:00am – 10:30am, for a relaxed and welcoming networking event at our brand-new dementia-friendly care farm in Carlton Husthwaite, near Thirsk. Local businesses, sole traders, community organisations and professionals are invited to connect, collaborate and discover what makes Primrose Care Farm so special.

A busy sheep day today, always something to learn on a showground!

Yesterday we visited our neighbour’s Monk Park Farm what a great afternoon talking all things animal husbandry! Mark is a fountain of knowledge, and meeting Dennis was a highlight! 🦙

🍃MEET OUR CARE FARM MANAGER🍃

Emma grew up showing sheep at agricultural shows nationally and helping with the family haulage business. As a teenager, she qualified point-to-point horses and ran a pony-hire business alongside her studies.

A strong connection to the local community is something that has been passed down through generations of her family. With a background in team management and customer service, Emma understands the importance of building relationships and providing a personal touch.

Now living once again in the village where she grew up, Emma remains deeply connected to local life and is passionate about supporting the community she calls home.
