What we want you to bring is passion, a sense of humour and an infectious personality that can enthuse others, coupled with a technical understanding of accounting that will enable you to deliver impactful sessions to our students!

Last Friday, our team came together for FI's Summer Social, and this year we headed to Sheffield to put our teamwork to the test as Faithfuls! 🕵️‍♀️🤔

Through quizzes, challenges and scavenger hunts, we tackled riddles, puzzles and locked clues to uncover who among us couldn't be trusted.

It was a fantastic day filled with sunshine, laughter and plenty of team spirit. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it such a memorable occasion! 💚

Today, Megan and Elyse visited Huddersfield New College, where it was great to meet their Year 12 students and talk about the exciting opportunities available through accountancy careers and apprenticeships 📚🏫

The event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with the Year 12 Accountancy students, learn about their career aspirations, and discuss the different routes into the profession. It was great to see so much enthusiasm and interest in the opportunities the industry has to offer!

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting a roundtable event in Hull, bringing together local employers to discuss the latest funding changes, incentives, and what they mean for businesses.

The discussion explored the impact of these changes on employers, the opportunities available through apprenticeships, and how accountancy training can continue to evolve to meet the needs of businesses and learners alike.

A big thank you to everyone who attended and contributed their valuable perspectives! Your insights are helping to shape the future of training and workforce development.

It's the final week of Team FI's Step Challenge! 🏆🚶

To celebrate , Team FI split into teams and went head-to-head to see who could clock up the most steps — and the competition has been fierce from start to finish!

Throughout the month, the team have explored some incredible locations, making the most of the sunshine, stunning scenery, and every opportunity to get moving. This week, members of Team FI enjoyed a dog walk with their four-legged friends in Leeds, while our Events Coordinator, Elyse, headed to the Lake District to take in its breathtaking views.

After an amazing month of walking, Team two has taken the crown, racking up an incredible 1,563,828 steps in total! 👏

A special shout-out goes to Vesta, our top individual walker, who achieved a whopping 692,244 steps in total - that's the equivalent of 13 full marathons! 🌟

Congratulations to everyone who took part and helped make this year's challenge such a success!
