🎁 The £1 shop is back! 🎁

🎁 How can you help? 🎁

1. 🎁 Donations - we are collecting donations of beauty products, chocolates, sweets, books, new socks, pet toys/treats or pocket money toys - unused in great condition.
Please send your items in to class with your child throughout November - we need at least 200 in total so that every child gets to choose something.
2. 🎁 If you have any unwanted Christmas wrapping paper and Sellotape please
bring those to the office too
3. 🎁 We need volunteers to help on the day Monday 8 December from 8.45am-11am - if you can help please let us know on your class WhatsApp group.

🎁 This is a lovely event where each child brings £1 to school on the day, visits the shop to choose a gift for a friend or loved one and has it wrapped by the elf helpers to bring home. 🎁

🎅 Ho! Ho! Ho! Santa is taking time out of his busy schedule to write to the children of SMPS to help raise funds for the school.
If you would like your child to receive a personalised letter from Santa, please send payment on ParentPay and go to https://forms.gle/zGoZ1GHu4KJMECqS9 to complete the order form.
Deadline for orders is 28/11/25 and letters will be delivered w/c 08/12/25.
Letters cost £5 per child and orders can also be placed for children not attending SMPS. Thank you! 🎅

We are still in need of 2 volunteers to help with the Santa sleigh 15.00 - 17.30 Sunday 7 December. 🎅

🎅 Elmet Lions have offered our PTA a chance to have a share of their Santa sleigh takings if we help them collect - these funds will help towards PTA activity like paying for school panto tickets and extra resources in school.

🎄 we need volunteers to go with the Santa sleigh in Monk Fryston and Hillam

🎄 Order forms should have been sent home with every child - please place your order online by MONDAY 3 NOVEMBER
🎄Choose from a range of items featuring your child’s design - from cards and gift tags to fridge magnets and tea towels!
🎄All orders will raise money for the PTA to support your children at school
🎄Items will be delivered to school by the end of November at the latest

🧁To avoid a clash with young voices year 6 and 5 will start with Treat day Tuesday - Year 6 will kick us off *Tuesday - 7th October*

🧁Please can Y6 bring in their cakes, buns or biscuits (homemade or shop-bought) on Tuesday morning ready to sell in the playground after school.

❌A reminder that items should be nut free

🧁Everything 50p - cash and card payments accepted! Any children at Time Out can still buy buns - just hand money to staff in the morning or send with your child to use after school
