Another busy weekend coming up, I started with a shift at RSPB Fairburn Ings and St Aidan's and a couple of laps of the ELOR cycle path. Tomorrow I'm in Castleford for the Cas Tigers match with the medical team, then Sunday it's Slam Dunk at Temple Newsam park. I'm on call for my day job on bank holiday Monday, but depending on how knackered I am, I'm hoping to head back to St Aidens again.

Another goal set in motion, I'm aiming to do SALM training in October with Castleford Training Solutions It's a 2 day course in Safe Administration of Lifesaving Medication.
