We offer schools in the UK a ready-to-activate programme for girls, Years 3-6, which combines the collective power of movement and mindfulness to strengthen girls' self-confidence and self-esteem.

11 years ago, our first ever UK programme kicked off at Moor Allerton Primary School in Leeds.

Since then, we’ve loved, we’ve raged, we’ve worried, we’ve laughed, we’ve celebrated, we’ve cried.

And we’ve lost. 💔

But even in the hard times, we’ve hoped.

Thank you - to every girl, every coach, every volunteer, every partner, every provider, every funder - for supporting our dream and our mission:

To raise a generation of active girls who take up their rightful space, trust their voice and stand tall in their truth.

“At the start, I was worried, like oh no, what if I fail, what if I fall on the floor … all the bad thoughts, negative thoughts … [now] I feel proud that I am doing this.”

The road to Saturday’s started back in January for the M2 squads from Leeds. Throughout the 8-session programme, girls celebrated their inner cheerleaders and managed their inner critics.

Nerves go bonkers before a challenge, right? Girls shared what their inner cheerleaders will say to get them through.

See you Saturday, London. We’re ready for you!

❤️👏🏻

If we want to keep girls in sport, we must give them a level playing field.

But currently, 24% fewer girls than boys play team sport in England*

That’s 930,000 girls missing out on the joy and belonging sport can bring.

Our latest research, supported by Metro Bank, explores why girls-only options matter – and what needs to change to close the team sport gap.

Be the first to read it when it launches later this month...

Another great delivery by Elite Sports Academy as part of our Jane Tomlinson Appeal grant work! Andrew and his team continue to encourage girls across to embrace movement while building their resilience and confidence!

Quiet before the storm of 900+ primary school children descending on Highbury Fields for today’s cross county meet. Best kind of chaos loading.
