📚Monday memories 2023…📚

This time a year ago I met with Jenny, Primary Education lecturer at Leeds Trinity Uni (formerly TASC) - a surreal experience for me as this is where in 1999 I came to study to become a teacher…and now 24 years later she’s asking me to TEACH her students how to become the best they can be.

How to be positive, creative, imaginative and skilled at teaching reading.

I LOVED my 3 days of lecturing! I’m delighted to be meeting her again in a week to organise doing more with the class of 2025…brilliant!

First full day back to TT&T

I was SO nervous! 🤦🏻‍♀️Ridiculous I know after 10 yrs, but I’ve always had butterflies after the 6 wks holiday as a teacher too and it was off the Richter scale yesterday!

Needless to say I had THE BEST DAY!

2 Cinderella workshops INCLUDING parents 🙌🏻
2 class workshops exploring ‘Zog’ 🐉

As a self employed person I can have very quiet days, full of self doubt-wondering if this is right for me…then I see the delight, awe, wonder and excitement from the children (and adults!) during my workshops and I’m reminded this is what I’m meant to do 💓
