Beeston Primary School - Leeds

Today our Junior Leadership Team enjoyed a productive working lunch as they took on one of their biggest responsibilities of the year helping to select next year’s team.

With over 53 applications for this important role in school, the decision certainly wasn’t easy. Our current JLT showed maturity, fairness and real leadership as they discussed what makes a great role model for Beeston Primary.

We’re incredibly proud of them and can’t wait to announce the new team soon.

A huge well done to our 9 Year 5 children who represented the school brilliantly at the flag football competition at Elland Road before half term! 🏈💛💙
The team went unbeaten throughout the group stages and showed fantastic teamwork, determination and sportsmanship all day. After reaching the semi-finals, they were unfortunately knocked out, but they should all be incredibly proud of their achievements.
To top off a fantastic day, every child was rewarded with both the home and away Leeds shirts from this season! 👕👏
