Last night was the best! 🌟🎉 You all embraced the fun and the routines , brand new clubbers, regulars and Jacqui Holgate Sharon Clough there from day 1 to 1 year! 🎉

Brilliant energy from the class this Monday! A good mix of regulars, new and returning members.

Choose from low- mid impact, classic aerobic movements set to 80's to current music. Ending with light weights or resistance bands. Give it a try this Bank holiday Monday!

Taking some admin time 👩🏼‍💻. Lower numbers and cancelling Clubbercise classes for the heatwaves has meant less income. Having a pause, means less outgoings!
