🎓CLASS OF 2026- GRADUATION🎓

We can’t believe that our Year 11s time at the 14+ Academies is coming to an end. They have done so well over the last 5 weeks with their exams.

Reminder to you all Yr11s, that the Yr11 learners graduation event is on Monday 15th June at 1:15pm on the B2 corridor. We can’t wait to see you all.

As our Y11s are over half way through their exams and our Y10s are preparing for their mock exams, all we ask if you make yourself proud and do your best 🤩 we’re all so proud of you! 🙌

⭐️⭐️WORK EXPERIENCE - throwback to our Year 11s on their work experience in Year 10.
‼️In 4 weeks time our current Year 10s will be embarking on their 2 weeks of Work Experience.
(Monday 29th June to Friday 10th July)

Learners - if you haven’t already got a placement secured please keep looking/contacting places. If you are struggling please speak to your form tutors.

⭐️🧡 THATS A WRAP ON ANOTHER HALF TERM!! Yesterday the Year 10s were rewarded with an afternoon of pizza 🍕, games, table tennis 🏓 and spending time with their friends. Today, our Year 10s have had a fun day at their vocation! Only 3 vocational days left of Year 10‼️ where has the time gone? 🧡⭐️

🎨ACTIVITIES🎨

Our Yr10s have been getting in touch with their creative side today in activities. They have been researching famous artists and recreating some of their famous designs. They have created some great work…..Well done 👍

Y11s - you are so close to the end of your time with us 🫣 keep pushing with your exams and looking after yourselves! We are all so proud of you 🌟✨

We some took of our Year 10 learners to the Helix Hub at the University of Leeds for an immersive day in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths)🧬🦠🛠️
Our learners took part in lots of interactive sessions and workshops delivered by academics and employers in STEM industries!
They learnt about the study pathways, skills, opportunities and careers that these industries could provide!
An exciting and engaging day for all!🧪🔬🔌

We are so proud of year 11s for their commitment and determination over the last two weeks during their GCSEs. Every single one of them should be so proud of themselves. We are so excited to see what the future will bring for them.
