As we have a few new children in preschool who have joined us this week the staff decide to do activities based on “all about me” today we have been looking in the mirror and drawing our own self portraits! The children enjoyed looking at themselves in the mirror and seeing what colour eyes and hair they had compared to their friends.

This week in preschool, the children are learning about nocturnal animals! They had a look at the different animals that are nocturnal and learned some fascinating facts about them. They used the torches to find the nocturnal animals hidden in the tuff tray. We spoke about how we can only see them when in the light and explained that’s why we had torches as the room was very dark!
