Mr Wolf’s Pancakes was our story that initiated the childrens’ role play in making pretend pancakes...

“In the moment planning” - following the lead of the children, moving their learning on in the moment, as they wanted to use real ingredients to make pancakes... so that’s just what we did and made our batter... Pouring, mixing, whisking, scooping 🥄 🥚 🥛 🍚

Followed by decorating our pancakes with a funny face and eating them all up just like Mr Wolf in our story!
