We're really looking forward to final film

It's going to be a stop motion extravaganza, with a great story, loads of creative problem solving and drizzled in a jus of VFX courtesy of .creativ

Earlier this week, we attended the student awards. It was an amazing night, with lots of very talented students from universities around the region all eagerly anticipating the outcome!

Leeds Arts University BA (hons) Animation students won awards, in the Saving the Planet category for Swim Free. Also another win in the Best Entertainment and Comedy Drama category for See You Later Space Invader! Both films will go through to the national RTS Student awards in June.

Students also won Craft awards for Writing and FIVE awards for Production Design!

Congratulations to all the nominations and winners there, you all made some excellent work 🔥🔥

Fabulous news for BA animation student who's documentary film 'Homesickness' is being screened at the BAFTA qualifying has been selected to be screened at Cardiff Animation Festival in April. Congratulations Mabel 👏 👏

We had an amazing night at student awards last night. We only went and won FIVE AWARDS for Best Animation, Best Factual, Saving The Planet and two awards for Best Craft/Production Design.

We are very proud of all our talented students who won, or were nominated for the awards. The competition was tough and there was some incredible work shown.

We now are looking forward to the RTS Student National Awards 🤞🤞

Many congratulations to director Dean Hamani, producer Drin Rrahmani, and fellow animator Troy Wachira who have won BEST Animation and Runner Up in the Sound Design categories at the NAHEMI National Student Film Awards. 👏👏👏

1st, 2nd and 3rd year students have been collaborating with each other on the upcoming KODAK/NAHEMI Student Commercial Awards Competition. Students have had the opportunity to work on a range of briefs using 16mm KODAK film. Shot on an old Krasnogorsk 16mm camera, we can't wait to see the results!
