Catch me every Wednesday for this fun and freestyle Ashtanga Flow class! The class is based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, with some creative flair throughout. With similar poses and a familiar sequence each week you can really see how your practice develops. The class is quite challenging, but all levels are welcome, with plenty of options for everyone!

It's a complete honour to organise these festivals alongside the amazing ✨

Often we stick to the yoga teacher we love, or we try one class and never go back because yoga isn't our thing, but this day is the perfect demonstration of how diverse the yoga + wellbeing world is, even just in Leeds, and is the perfect reminder of how good it is to try something new! There is something for everyone, from movements that will make you feel great on the day, to talks that will leave you inspired for weeks and crafts that you can continue at home for a little more mindfulness 🥰

Slowly drifting back into day to day life this week, with my head still flying above mountains and peddling my bike through French countryside, but it feels delicious to be back teaching again, slipping back into the creative flows and the energy of group classes. Bare with my right and left confusion, wrong body parts and please laugh along with me, and hopefully I can share some of that mountain air and adventurous spirit with all of you!
