The classes are available for all levels and are broken down into the below programs:
Little Dragons (Pre school)
Little Soldiers (4-7 yrs)
Cadets (8-11 yrs)
Adults and teens (12 yrs plus)
Ladies Only (10 yrs plus)
The classes are held from Mondays to Saturdays. The academy offers a variety of classes that cater to different needs. For instance, the Little Soldiers and Dragons classes are designed to introduce young children to martial arts in a fun and animated environment, while the Cadets classes teach children important values such as discipline, self-control, and respect. The adult classes are designed for total beginners, male and female, of any fitness level, age, or ability. The academy offers an excellent adult Kickboxing and Military themed fitness program, suitable for men and women of all ages and all shapes and sizes. Through safe and energetic fat burning classes, the academy caters to its students’ every need, ranging from weight-loss to self-defense. The classes can help reduce and relieve stress and are a great way to get a total body workout. You will achieve improved balance, stability, flexibility, and endurance, while making new friends and above all, having fun!
