After 5 long weeks we are finally ready to open our doors to the children tomorrow 🎉🎉 Its been a team effort! Mark Riley has spent all of his summer building, making & fixing, Tobyn Horton has spent days ripping things out, replacing things and generally putting his hand to anything! Tim Ball & Justine Banks for coming to the rescue when Dad and Mark came down with food poisoning to paint.Paul Drake for the endless trips to the tip, Karen Swann delivering goodies to make sure i actually ate and to Mum & Dad for painting & cleaning! Will King built our brilliant office and Jonny Booth from JMB building for our amazing fence & Josh from Carpet collection Horsforth for all the flooring. A massive Thankyou to everyone. We can't wait see everyone tomorrow ❤️

The carpets are down and we have all been in getting everything ready for Saturday. We can't wait for you all to see our new preschool.

On Saturday please follow the drive round towards bannatyne health club and park in the main carpark and walk up towards the sign which will take you to the preschool entrance.

We can't wait to see you. X

Our new garden fence is looking amazing! The children are going to have so much fun in this lovely outdoor space. The office is built, the kitchen is in and a new front gate. More painting and carpets next week. We are nearly there!!! X

Good Afternoon! We hope you are enjoying all the lovely summer weather. I have added a few pictures of the ongoing work to have Little Explorers back up and running in September. Still a couple of weeks to go and quite a bit more work to do but it is coming along nicely.

We would love to invite you to come and see our new preschool on Saturday 29th August 9.30-11.30am.

Good Afternoon, we hope you are having a lovely summer holiday. Just a little update 3 weeks into the Little Explorers at Cookridge revamp. After 3 weeks of sanding and filling we have 1 area fully painted with carpet going down tomorrow, and office and kitchen partially built and another room painted with it's 1st coat. We have a busy 3 weeks ahead but it is coming along nicely. Date for the open day to follow shortly. 😊

We have come to the end of another year at Little Explorers Of Cookridge but this year we also leave Cookridge Methodist Church. Thankyou to the staff for all their hard work and dedication to make sure the children have the best time and are fully ready for their next chapter. Thankyou to all you parents/grandparents for always supporting us, coming in to read stories, talk about your jobs or just enjoying our coffee & breakfast mornings, we really appreciate it and finally Thankyou to all the wonderful children for giving us lots of laughs ( and a bit of attitude 🤣) over the last year. We will miss the school leavers lots but know they are ready and we will see everyone else back in September at Cookridge Hall ❤️

It's been hot hot hot today but the children have had a brilliant day. Cuddles with the ducks, ice cube painting, penalty shoot out, splashing about in the pool all followed by a visit from Dawn bring ice lollies! 🍭⚽️🦆
