The Undergraduate Research Experience (UGRE) is back, and we are celebrating our 11th anniversary this year! The UGRE is an undergraduate conference organised by and for University of Leeds students in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures. We intend to remain online for the most part again this year, but hope to have some in-person events including our after show party. Our amazing student

Our first session will start soon at 14:00, no need to be intimidated, or think that the research isn't your area of interest or expertise - each presentation is no longer than 5 minutes and you have the freedom to come and leave whenever you like, without having to book ahead!

Save the date for the final day of UGRE2022📣
On 25th Feb, we will first start with the FOAH2001 Research Poster Presentation Session, in which you will find out more about what our fantastic students have been getting up to in their collaborative research projects. Next, we are having Eilidh Campbell, Thomas Heap, Alexander Giddings, Harry Whitefield, Morgan Thomas, Alexander Hail, Yasmin Fahy in the HIST2505 Archive Intelligence Showcase. And at the end of the day, we have our session 10 presentations by Isabelle Morse, Jack Pittal and Georgina Heylin.
Finally, to celebrate the successful end of UGRE2022, we are planning to host an AFTER SHOW PARTY!! Stay tuned to our page for updates🥳

On the third day (23rd Feb) of UGRE2022, we are having Maya Feldman for the session 5 presentation. Next, we’ll have the Body & Identity, BA Art & Design Panel with presentations from Hettie Inniss, Frances Thompson, Lucy Summerell, Georgia Boyce, Garazi Cantero, Millie Abraham, Jamie Sheridan and Carolina Veloso Ferreira.😊
And on the fourth day (24th Feb), Nikita Zychowitz, Paul Jodi, Gracie Geldard and Lucas Bedford Comte for our session 7 presentations, followed by the HIST2505 Archive Intelligence Showcase by Carwyn Owen, Jack Ranft, Molly Bates, Henna Akhtar, Iram Hussain and Jacqueline Adjei. And at last we will end the day with the Berkofsky Arts Award Information Panel, which includes 2021 award winners, Sammi Willetts and Joe Fenna👀
