Mine would be:
Donโt sacrifice your health to look good.
I lost my periods, my hair, and my happiness trying to be as small as possible and cutting out carbs.
Carbs are not the enemy. They fuel your training, support your hormones, help recovery, give you energy, and help your body function properly.
Now I eat to perform, recover, and feel my best physically and mentally.
Looking healthy means nothing if you donโt actually feel healthy.
