We are using the strength bands for some great musical numbers in ChiChi Fit.

Strength bands help:

💪🏻 Bone density (women start to lose this more the older we get)
💪🏻 Improve muscle strength
💪🏻 Help increase range of motion

If you’d like to buy your own - I do sell them for £3 each.
Will bring some to your next class.
