I can't believe it's been 6 years since I trained as a hypnotherapist & over 10 years as a coach! I love being able to support clients to overcome anxiety, reduce stress and burnout and move forward in their lives. As someone who previously experienced high levels of stress and eventually burnout, I am passionate about supporting others to prevent it or overcome it.
Anxiety can often sit alongside high levels of stress but can also be something experienced in relation to specific situations or events eg; social anxiety, work-related anxiety, separation anxiety.
Coaching and Hypnotherapy are a great combination to help you resolve the issue you are experiencing & regain you confident, calmer self!
Most of my referrals come to me via word of mouth and recommendation, and I'm really grateful to all my previous clients for spreading the word.

Positive client feedback is always lovely to receive!
This client came to coaching feeling stressed and overwhelmed in relation to work. Working for a charity that supports vulnerable young people, she was juggling a high caseload; complex needs and demands; high levels of safeguarding issues; and clients in a wide geographical area. Basically, she was chasing her tail and being stretched very thin!
A few sessions of coaching helped regain some equilibrium; some clarity and perspective as well as that important reminder to give herself space and breathing time!

Foresight is better than hindsight but are you listening?
I was chatting to an ex-colleague recently about my experience of burnout & she asked me the question:
'Where there any signs?'
Absolutely YES (in hindsight)
There were loads!!!
- Constantly tired, wired and exhausted all at the same time.
- Relentless busyness
- A completion de-prioritisation of my own needs - actually I didn't know what they even were!
- A massive sense of duty in carrying all the balls
- Running on fumes
- Still delivering at work but feeling nothing
I could go on...
My point is - Listen to the physical and mental signs your body is sending you. It may be whispering or screaming but it's trying to tell you to stop! It's too much. Something needs to give.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing but not when you could've prevented the situation in the first place!!

Do you struggle to put yourself first?
Always looking after other people needs before your own?

So many of the clients I work with are stretched too thin; existing in states of high stress, anxiety and teering on burnout. They are always switched ON, always thinking of what they need to do next and struggle to let s**t go!
They are at the bottom of their own to do list!
If this is you, STOP just for 5 minutes. BREATHE a few deep breaths. Allow the shoulders to drop; the mind to quieten and the body to be still.
Your body and mind will thank you for it!
