Insight for Wellbeing offers meditation classes in Leeds, including day retreats and evening classes in mindfulness meditation and in meditation from the Buddhist and Tantric yoga traditions. Courses are offered for complete beginners to events for those with experience.

I'm offering a whole day's immersion in the practices of the Vigyana Bhairava Ta**ra. Sat 28 October in-person or Sun 29 October online.

These simple meditation techniques, from one of the oldest Agamas of nondual Ta**ra, are powerful and enjoyable ways to deepen your meditation practice and still your mind.

Scientific research at medical and research centres around the work suggests that MBSR training can positively and often profoundly affect participants lives.
The benefits include - Stress reduction, a greater ability to manage anxiety and depression, improved self-care, improvement in symptoms of burnout, improved sense of well-being, reduction in chronic physical pain, improved attention and concentration.
One study also found that MBSR improved long-term memory.
