Monk Fryston Preschool is officially a dedicated Maths Champion 🏆

A huge well done to Ellen who has worked hard over the last 12 months to develop the maths provision within the setting. Ellen has learnt new skills which she has implemented each session to help improve maths outcomes for the children and supported the team to enhance knowledge and practice.

To all our wonderful parents and our little stars 🌟,
Tomorrow is our last morning of preschool for the year 2025 and what a joyful year it has been! This year was filled with laughter, learning, friendships, and so many special moments that made every day fun and memorable.

Thank you for being part of our preschool family and for trusting us with your precious children. From all of us on the team, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy, healthy New Year filled with love, smiles, and new adventures. 🎁🎉

A beautiful tree filled with decorations made by our children 🎄

The Christmas Tree Festival at ST Mary’s Church, South Milford is tomorrow 10am-3pm. Our tree will be on display alongside games, stalls and even the big man himself 🎅🏻

The children have been very busy making our tree look beautiful this morning. They have done an amazing job whilst singing and dancing to christmas songs.🎄🎵

13 year old Macie has organised a community food bank on the 20th December 9am-11am at The Old Girls School Sherburn in Elmet, to help support families this Christmas.

Road closure 4th and 5th December.

The road leading up to Preschool will be closed for repair on the above dates. Access will still be possible via the side from The Crown Pub. Please be aware that this will limit parking and may cause some disruptions during drop off and pick up times.

A reminder that Preschool is closed this Friday (21st) due to essential repair work on the hall floor.
