Fluere - Graduate Improvement Process Intern - deadline 3 May

Fluere is a process improvement business consultancy based in Leeds are they are looking to recruit a 2021 grad (or earlier) for the role of Graduate Process Improvement Intern, initially for a 12-week internship but there’s a strong chance the role could become permanent.

The role will be a combination of home working, visiting client sites and team meetings in Leeds. Ideally the successful applicant will be based in West Yorkshire and be happy to travel to sites around the UK. All travel expenses will be covered.

Congatulations to Tom Watt-Smith, BA Geography 2001, who has recently produced the documentary Drowning in Plastic for the BBC: It has won various awards including 2019 Royal Television Society award (beating Blue Planet II!) , New York Film Festival and has been shortlisted for BAFTA, International Emmy’s,etc..

PMA - Property Market Analysis 21/05/2019

Property Market Analysis (PMA) are recruiting a Summer Intern within their UK team to help with a mapping project they are doing. They are looking for applicants who can start either in late June or in early July this year, with the internship running until September (they can be flexible on dates to fit in with studies and personal circumstances). They are happy to take on any current undergraduate or recently graduated student who fits the role criteria.

A role has recently been advertised for a small start-up company called Pintarget which is currently recruiting for a Data Planning Manager.

Key requirements for the role are as follows:

• Expertise in data and statistical analysis tools.
• Analytical self-starter with a “can do” attitude.
• Good knowledge of a GIS system (One of ARCGIS, MapInfo, QGIS or CACI Insight).
• Understanding of tech. development process and capability to deliver to deadlines.
• Genuine interest in the commercial aspects of media and marketing.
• Capability to produce to high quality presentation content.
