No sign up fee, just drop in sessions that work around you! Zumba is a great cardio, dance based fitness class that

is exercise in disguise. Always a fun, high energy class and great atmosphere. Insanity is Interval training. Set your own pace but this class is sure to challenge you. A brilliant class to boost fitness and tone up. No choreography to follow, just an Insane workout!

This October we are getting us shimmying for a great cause in a special Total Dance event called “Dancing for Brighter Beginnings”, a special charity Zumbathon supporting Zarach and BookTrust. Both of these charities support children in Yorkshire have a better chance to learn, dream and thrive!

Tamsyn will be at Zumba classes telling you about the great work they do!

⏰ 9:30am start

Don't worry if three hours sounds daunting. You can join for the full event, stagger your dancing, or simply pop along and dance for an hour. Every contribution makes a difference to young people’s lives!

All we ask is that participants commit to raising £25, with additional sponsorship welcomed if you'd like to raise even more!

No previous Zumba experience is needed so you could get friends and family signed up too. Everyone is welcome for a fantastic morning of fun, fitness and fundraising.

Ready to get back to a fitness routine?
September is always the perfect time for a new start.
Why not try that Zumba class you’ve been thinking about, be brave enough to see that Insanity is actually not scary but just a really effective and accessible workout that gets results. Or giving Zumba Gold a go. It’s maximum fun but slightly lower impact.
All classes running as normal, (no classes on bank holiday Monday)

Routine always goes out the window when the sun is out and holidays are booked.

But let’s get some consistency back on track and get to class. The sun will still be shining and you’ll feel so much better for getting moving.

If you feel like Zumba may be too much in this weather, don’t forget we have lots of fans at Greenacre plus the option to come to Gold at 7pm which takes the intensity down a little.

Whatever you do… don’t stop.
