Still looking for an A level place this September? Come and talk to us!

Enrolment is now underway, with places still available across a wide range of A level subjects. Whether you already have an offer or you’re not sure what's next, visit us at our Park Lane campus to discuss your options.

If you’re interested in maths or science, we can help with that too. There are a number of options available, including:

🔬 Level 3 Applied Science at Leeds Sixth Form College - equivalent to three A levels, allowing you to achieve the same number of UCAS points.

📐Maths and science A levels at Pudsey Sixth Form College, which is part of the same education group as Leeds Sixth Form College.

📚 Plus, a wide range of A levels across social sciences, humanities and creative subjects at Leeds Sixth Form College.

If you have an enrolment slot already booked, please make sure you attend as planned - even if you're unsure about your course.

We also have drop-in sessions running throughout the week for those who don't have a slot booked, where our team can talk you through all the options available and help you find the right route for you.

Enrolment opening times:

Tuesday 25 August - 10am-4pm
Wednesday 26 August - 10am-7pm
Thursday 27 August - 10am-4pm
Friday 28 August - 10am-4pm

What a morning for GCSE Results Day, where we celebrated & supported our 'Step up to A Level' students who took up to 5 GCSE exams this year. 🥳

Yesterday we hosted our annual Art Exhibition - showcasing the hard work of our Art and Design students over the year 🎨🖌️

Learners demonstrated their skills and refined technique in textiles, photography, fine art and 3D work.

The exhibition will be open until Monday 6 July at our Park Lane campus.

STEM7 skills are valued by leading employers because they encompass a variety of transferable abilities that go far beyond technical knowledge alone. 📈

Business students from Leeds Sixth Form College put these skills into practice during the National Skills Challenge.

Led by the Inspirational Learning Group, in partnership with NatWest, our learners worked in teams to design, promote and pitch innovative solutions to real-world problems.

Skills such as problem solving, creative thinking and communication stood out throughout the challenge where students established customer, branding and marketing strategies, business growth plans and even guidelines on how to handle a crisis.

Their hard work paid off as two teams were selected to compete in the national grand finals at NatWest’s headquarters in London. 👏

Intellectual curiosity is a STEM7 skill that played a key role at our annual philosophy conference 🗣️

These skills are useful beyond traditional maths and science subjects, extending into the arts.

The sixth form embraced critical thinking within the arts at the conference, where students engaged in philosophical discussions with academics from the University of Oxford and University of Leeds.

Opportunities like this encourage students to think independently, ask questions, and engage with new ideas, all of which are key skills that will support them in their next steps. 👏
