Don't ever be afraid to say "I just need 10 minutes." I actually think that could teach our little ones an invaluable lesson when they start looking out for their own well-being.
I can't offer you a break away from the relentless jobs that come with being a mum. But I can offer a space with other mums, reaching their limits, and in need of their village just like you.
The bonus is that it'll be set to the greatest music. And while the washing will be waiting for all of us after class, that 45 minutes just might help us to press reset.

At some point before your little one turns one, someone will say:
"Isn't it time you got them into nursery?"
And whilst nursery can be absolutely wonderful when the time is right, nobody gets to decide when that time is except you.
These early years are so unbelievably short. If you're lucky enough to have the choice, don't let anyone rush you through them.
I'd give anything for one more ordinary maternity leave day with my boys.

Camping with kids has taught us a lot over the last three years. Mostly through trial and error, a few unnecessary purchases, and plenty of "Bu**er. I've forgotten the..." moments.
These are the things we'd genuinely struggle without now, and the things we've discovered we can happily leave at home.
