Our Annual Black Belt tests are THIS WEEKEND!

Years of hard work, perseverance and practice will be put to the test over the next couple of days.

We have almost 40 AEGIS candidates testing for 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree Black Belts - we wish them the best of luck!

We strive for perfection, and sometimes this makes us too hard on ourselves, especially whilst we are learning something new.

Of course, sometimes mistakes really do matter, but most of the time, they're just an opportunity to learn for the future.
