Well done to all who graded this weekend.

Firstly to our ladies for passing their orange belt. Bev did a great job at the helm teaching and preparing them for this big nervy day.

Also to Chris Moore and Antoni Dziedzic for passing their Black Belt 1st Dan
Fantastic effort from you both.

Prashun Rijal and Finley Harrison who after failing 3 months ago passed their pre Dan so hopefully will be going for it proper in September.

Special mention to Cody Parker who failed 2nd Kyu last time out but absolutely smashed it this time.

Great effort all round.
There will be a few sore bodies in the morning
