Act 1 Beginners

Covid has brought about a lot of changes for people and especially those of us who work within the arts. It was with sadness that Kirsty and I held our last Wednesday night classes a couple of weeks ago. I am very proud of what we have achieved and even more proud of our wonderful students who have really grown in their confidence and progressed so much in their stage craft. It has been an absolute pleasure in teaching them this past 5 years and I wish them all the very best for the future, Jane x

Hello everyone and I hope you are keeping safe and well during this difficult period. Just really wanted to check in with you all and explain the current position. We are still unable to use the hall and when we can there will be strict policies to adhere to. Realistically I doubt it will be before September but as soon as I know I will be back in touch and if there is a way of us easing back into classes before that I will do so if it is safe and practical. Drama is such a hands on, integrated medium it is very difficult to do with social distancing but hopefully we can find a way. Take care everyone, Jane🎬x

Please note that unfortunately all Act1 beginners classes will be cancelled for the foreseeable future to protect the health and safety of all concerned during this Coronavirus crisis.
Kirsty and I will very much miss teaching your wonderful children and hopefully we will all return in the not too distant future stronger and even more united.

Just a reminder that there will not be a class tomorrow evening 18/3.
With regard to the rest of the term I will be following Government advice regarding the Coronavirus and if Schools are asked to close then I will do the same.
I will update all parents in due course.

Hi everyone, I hope you had a great Spring Bank Holiday!
Just a reminder that there are no classes this week due to us performing in the STARS play The Actress (please see details below if anyone is interested in seeing it!).
Therefore classes will start next week and run until July 17.
The children have been working hard towards their shows and please remember the dates/times are as follows:
Wednesday Class 1 - 4:30pm July 10
Tuesday Class - 7pm July 16
Wednesday Class 2 - 5:50pm July 17.

Happy New Year everyone! Hope you've all had a good break.
