The first XV are taking to West Park to face Nottingham in the last BUCS league fixture of the year! They have been training hard and preparing as they hope to secure their place in the play offs!

The 3XV have had a long wait from their last game and are eager to get back out on the pitch. Two wins in their last two games will secure them second place in a highly competitive league!

A huge Congratulations to the fourth and fifth XV who have had a fantastic season, finishing top of their respective leagues. Well done to all the lads who put on the jersey for either of these teams and a thank you to their coaches for the time and effort dedicated to these players!

MATCH RESULTS! 💜

The first XV fell 1 point short against Cardiff Uni - a big score line reflected the physicality and intensity of the game! The first team now have one week left until their final BUCS game v Nottingham at home!

The twos continued their dominating streak winning strong against Sheffield. The fours and fives followed this trend both winning! Both the fours and fives have gained promotion after finishing top of their respective leagues! Well done lads 💜

Here are the rest of the Beckett squads competing today! The twos are hoping to keep their strong form as they take on Sheffield at West Park!

The fours and fives are both away with the fours playing the local derby against Uni Of Leeds and then Fives travelling to York with the hopes of winning the league!

BEN BAILEY - 50 CAPS 💜

Huge Congratulations to Ben Bailey who will be making his 50th appearance for Leeds Beckett 1st XV!

Ben has played a pivotal role within this team for the last 5 years both on and off the pitch. He has seen the ups and downs at Beckett rugby, fought back from injury, and always puts the team first!

Well done Ben, this is a huge accomplishment! 💜

FIXTURES! 💜

First team have their penultimate league fixture playing host to Cardiff Uni, hoping to right a wrong after last weeks result.

The 2s will seek to continue their fantastic form, keeping pressure on top of the table as they play Sheffield at West Park!

The fours won the league last weeks result and will be able to enjoy an away day against local rivals Uni of Leeds!

The fives have a big game as a win will secure them the league and a promotion as they play in their final league fixture away to York St John’s!

TROPHY FINAL INBOUND!! 💜

The second XV took on Newcastle 2s in the Men’s National Trophy Semi Final. The lads hard work clearly payed off as they dominated, winning 52-05!
