We believe that keeping our staff and students fit, healthy and happy is an important part of being a successful university.

We have combined all of our wellbeing-related expertise into a programme aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of everyone working and studying here. This programme features a number of initiatives, campaigns and source of support for staff and students to access. Central to this is our award-winning wellbeing website www.leedsmet.ac.uk/wellbeing
