Thankyou to Michelle Dooling, Mark Ambrose and the team for inviting Eden's Forest CIC to attend and run an activity.

Lots of willow flying about and willow hearts produced. It was fabulous to see the twinkly hearts disappearing along Elland Road at the end of the conference.

Good to hear the different presentations and lots to think about.

We'd also like to mention our conscientious volunteers for organising the resources over the past few weeks. They are very much appreciated by us all.

🚗 VOLUNTEER DRIVERS NEEDED! 🚗

On Monday alone, the Yum Community Pantry and Fridge fed 65 households in our community.

This incredible impact is only possible because of our amazing volunteer drivers who pick up and deliver surplus food. However, the reality is that over the past year, demand for affordable and emergency food has doubled.

We are stretched to our limits and desperately need more pairs of hands (and wheels!) to keep up.

🕒 Can you spare some time?
We are looking for reliable volunteers for surplus food collections from local supermarkets on:

Thursday evenings

Sunday evenings

If you have a car, a valid driving license, and a desire to stop good food from going to waste while helping your neighbors, we want to hear from you! Even volunteering just one evening a month makes a massive difference.
