📢 We’re hiring: Code Complaints Officer

As Unipol's accreditation schemes continue to grow, so too does the need for robust, fair and student‑focused complaints processes.

Unipol is now recruiting for a new Code Complaints Officer, a vital role supporting students, landlords, and providers by resolving complaints made under the Codes accreditation schemes.

The postholder will act as a first point of contact for Code complaints, working to investigate issues, mediate where possible, and support early, proportionate resolution, in turn helping to improve confidence in the Codes and raise housing standards across the sector.

This is a great opportunity to join a nationally respected charity and make a real impact on student housing standards.

👋 Welcome to the Codes team, Sian!

We’re delighted to welcome Sian Carry as Unipol’s new Codes Officer.

Sian will be responsible for administering the Unipol Codes for shared student housing, supporters, and managing agents. She'll be arranging and carrying out property inspections to ensure homes meet Code standards and continue to provide safe, well‑managed accommodation for students.

We’re really pleased to have Sian on board and look forward to the vital work she’ll be doing to support quality and standards across Leeds & Nottingham 👏
