Easter Holiday Camp in full swing, we’re a bit rubbish at remembering to take photos! 🤦‍♀️ however, ALL the kids are and have been SUPERSTARS 🌈❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

in progress and a couple of finished pieces from the children. Nice, abstract, process based and they have full autonomy over the designs, it’s been fun watching them get stuck in and enjoying creating their 3D wall art 🥰

Some of our classes have been learning some watercolour techniques, here’s some wet-on-wet and graded wash/glazing pieces our Keystage 1/2 kids have done (age range 6-10 shown here!!)

This week is all about modroc plasterboards!!! We have been creating largely Abstract compositions using found materials, bottle lids, tin foil and canvas wedges etc and using modroc to cover them. Once they have been covered, the children will have the opportunity to paint them however they wish. A great, hands on way to express ourselves 🎨🫟👨‍🎨🖼️

Art parties offer something different, an experience, something the children create themselves and get to keep and treasure. True memories made. I’m not lying when I say I often overhear children saying “this is the best party I’ve ever been to” 🥰

Training booked for Bronze and Silver ARTS AWARD- this means we will be able to start delivering to our 11+ kids by the end of APRIL! Our younger children will hopefully be able to start on their journeys from September.
We are an ARTS AWARD accredited centre, this means that children can work towards formal, recognised certificates and qualifications within the Arts. Our assessor training is on the 21st April and includes SEND specialist training. We are so excited for our kids.

We have lots of space available for both weeks of the Easter Holiday. Each day is child-led with professional Artist support. We have lots of idea’s and a very well stocked studio if your child doesn’t know what they’d like to do. This means they get to choose, no stuffy themes etc, just happy kids doing what they love!

First day of Holiday Camp done, kids been amazing, produced some gorgeous work and had a go at Gelli printing these gorgeous landscapes too :) Spaces still available if you need us.
