Good luck to everyone - children and parents - starting back at school this week. It’s a big year for us in particular as high school has finally come round.

Me and fluffball are feeling a bit lost as although it’s full on in the summer and we’re ready for a change it’s very quiet without them and definitely not as fun!

I’ve one more day off then everything is back to normal on Monday so if you haven’t got your sessions booked here’s a reminder of what’s on:

Summer is coming to a close. It’s been a lovely one full of fun but a much needed slower pace. Lots of lazy days in pjs and spending time as a family.

Now to begin to welcome autumn and the changing of seasons. And with it a new term of classes.

Yesterday was the first kids yoga and wellness workshop of the summer and what a start it was! 3 hours of yoga, mindful activities, crafts and games with the most amazing group of children.
