Last week the children joined in with the Wimbledon fever, bringing all the excitement of the tournament into their play. 🎾

They spent time playing tennis, practising rallies and balancing balls with brilliant concentration and lots of giggles.

To top it all off, they enjoyed strawberries on the hill, making the perfect nod to a classic Wimbledon tradition. 🍓

The children had lots of fun last week supporting the World Cup and bringing the excitement onto our own pitches. ⚽️

The children played football, cheering each other on and showing brilliant teamwork.

Half time meant one thing: juicy oranges before heading back onto the pitch 🍊

The games ended in a penalty shootout with lots of clapping, cheering and big smiles. 😃

Nothing lifts moral on a scorching day quite like a surprise delivery.

Yesterday our senior management team dropped off 112 ice lollies between both our settings for staff and children to enjoy the sunshine. A small gesture that made a big difference- smiles all round, a welcome cool-down and a lovely reminder of how valued our team is.

From tiny seeds to tasty meals 🫛🌽🥬

Our children have been planting their own vegetables as part of our sustainability commitment. Over the coming weeks, they’ll nurture their plants, watch them grow, and eventually harvest their produce to use in our daily meals.

A beautiful way to learn about nature, responsibility, and healthy eating.

We would like to say a big thank you to Swincar Nurseries for their wonderful donation of seeds and compost.
