Yesterday our charity partner announces it's Double The Love campaign total – helping it reach more than 43,000 hungry children in Liberia in a new project starting in October.

Mary’s Meals raised an incredible £6,493,623, including £2 million of match funding from the UK government.

Funds raised above the match funding total are already helping the charity to feed hungry children in the other 18 countries where it works.

What a fantastic result! We’re delighted to have helped to support this campaign.

If you sneeze/cough please ensure to cover your nose & mouth and catch it in a tissue, we understand this is hard mid-workout so if this isn't possible sneeze into your elbow, not only does this catch the germs but stops you spreading it straight from your hands onto the equipment.

We need you to help us - please make sure you are following our WIPE-WASH-COVER guidelines whilst using our facilities.

We encourage all members and guests to wipe down gym and studio equipment both before and after use with the Wipe Pods provided.

Wash your hands regularly - for 20 seconds with soap - we now also provide hand sanitiser when you enter/exit the club.
