The Simple First Step to Fat Loss: Master Your Daily Steps

Photos from Will Farley PT's post 10/03/2026

Fat loss shouldn’t feel as difficult as most people experience it.

Yet a lot of plans rely on things that are hard to sustain in the real world.

Perfect dieting.
Training every day.
Cutting out foods you enjoy.

That approach might work for a few weeks…

But once work gets busy, plans change, or motivation drops, it usually falls apart.

The issue isn’t a lack of discipline.

More often it’s that the plan simply doesn’t fit someone’s life.

Fat loss becomes far easier when the structure is realistic and sustainable.

That’s exactly how my clients manage to lose 10–30kg of body fat while still balancing work, social plans and everyday life.

If you’re currently trying to lose fat, save this post so you can come back to these ideas later.

And if you’d like help building a plan that actually fits your lifestyle, send me a DM saying START and I’ll explain how coaching works.

Most fat loss advice ignores one thing:

People have busy lives.

Work.
Family.
Social commitments.

If a plan doesn’t fit those things, it eventually fails.

Fat loss becomes much easier when the plan is built around your lifestyle.

Save this post if you’re currently trying to lose fat.

Why people struggle to lose fat

Why do people fail to lose fat in the first six weeks of a journey and sustain it?

Photos from Will Farley PT's post 04/03/2026

Most people think losing a lot of weight means giving up your social life.

Eating differently to everyone else.
Skipping nights out.
Starting again every Monday.

That’s usually why diets fail.

Kirty has lost 30kg, and the reason it’s worked is simple — the plan fits her life.

We focused on structure:

• Consistent training each week
• Simple nutrition habits
• Daily activity
• Flexibility for weekends and social events

No extremes.
No cutting out entire food groups.
Just a plan she could actually stick to.

That’s the difference between temporary weight loss and a real transformation.

If you want to lose fat, feel confident in the gym, and still enjoy your life outside of it — that’s exactly what I coach people to do.

Send me a DM saying “START” and I’ll explain how it works.

30KG DOWN. A WHOLE NEW WOMAN UNLOCKED. 🔥

When Kirty first started, it wasn’t about chasing a number on the scales.
It was about confidence.
Energy.
Feeling comfortable in her own skin again.

Fast forward… she’s now 30kg down.

But what you don’t see in a side-by-side photo:

• The early mornings when motivation was low
• The consistency on weeks the scales didn’t move
• Learning how to enjoy meals out without guilt
• Showing up to train even when life was busy

This wasn’t quick.
This wasn’t extreme.
This was structured, sustainable work.

Stronger in the gym.
More confident in herself.
Healthier habits that actually fit her lifestyle.

Kirty didn’t just lose weight.
She built discipline. She built resilience. She built belief.

And we’re not done yet 💪

If you’re sitting there thinking, “I wish that could be me”…
It can be.

Drop me a message and let’s start your chapter. 🚀
