Award-winning Apprenticeship & Training Specialist, Jolene Taylor, heads the Elevation Training Academy. Jolene sat on the committee to develop the FESS Apprentice Standard and has great experience in creating apprenticeship training curriculums in line with OFSTED standards. She has a 100% pass rate for EPAs for past apprentices and prides herself on providing effective, engaging and high-quality training.

Have a look around our practical training room! 👀 This is such an important part of an apprentice's training at Elevation Academy, as they can put their theory into practice.

Not everyone learns best from a book. Some people need to see it, try it, and get hands-on to really understand things, and that’s exactly what we’re here for. Our trainers know everyone learns differently, so they make sure to support each apprentice in the way that works best for them. 💜

And a big shoutout to all the companies who donated demo equipment! It makes such a difference, and the apprentices love it! 🙌
