In Year 5 this week we have started our Geography and Art projects. We've learnt about how pollution has an effect on our local environment as well as analysing some installation art. It was really interesting to see how art can be made from things from the environment and not just on paper!

Year 4 Fir have been making wax resist drawings.

We coloured in a piece of card with bright patterns using wax crayons and then covered the card in black paint.

Once the paint had dried we used tools like forks, paper lips and pen lids to scratch away the paint!

We even jumped in the puddles!
