Ladies the pain of regret is heart wrenching, it's heavy, it's painful, it'll make you want to cry! When the moment to do something passes and you realise you'll never get that time back again to change you're mind or make a different decision and there's no way around it. It really isn't pleasant! So honestly I want to encourage you all to just f***ING do it! Do it! Do it scared! It doesn't matter just do it! And you know what it may not go as planned! You may fall and fail but at least you gave it a shot!

But look at them now.

The one thing I can guarantee is going to show up when you make the decision to do it.. Is fear! Fear is because of your limiting beliefs. But please don't let that stop you. I will soon be showing you some hints and tips on how to deal with these limiting self sabotaging beliefs. Keep an eye out!

But when you have been through my self love road map! You learn how to trust yourself and believe in yourself without doubts. You'll stop fearing judgement because you'll understand the only person's opinion that matters is your own! And as long as you bet on you! That's all that counts.

Keep going because on the other side of fear is YOUR success.

Well my son just left to go to his dad's for the weekend and I am home alone.
I'm just here reflecting on my blessings. I've just ordered a take away (don't judge 😂) and thinking about how I am going to practice self love whilst in lock down.

This weekend I'm going to work on my business.
I'm going to have a relaxing bath with music on loud and candles (my fave 🛀🎶❤️)
I'm going to read (currently believe is hitting the spot)
I'm going to go for a run 🏃🏾‍♀️
I'm going to be vision boarding (pictures to follow)
I'm going to wash my hair
I'm going to refill my cup to overflowing

Guys I can't actually tell you how happy I feel since I decided to change my relationship with myself. 😁👌🏾

Hi All. Thankyou for coming to my page. I am so excited to have you here so we can learn and grow together. I have such a passion for teaching women how to throw some love on themselves and release the bad ass within. I am beyond excited to be able to create a safe community where we can share and support each other through this journey. So, let me introduce myself…

My name is Leana Archibald. I am 31 years old, single mum to my beautiful son, 7-year-old Marley.

My journey started when I was diagnosed with depression at the age of 18 during my first year of study at university. I have struggled with this (in secret) for most of my life. Often feeling alone and out of place and if I am honest mostly suicidal. Over the years I have had counselling and CBT and been on and off medication.

My journey really came to a head a year after having my son, at 24. His dad and I split when he found out I was pregnant, and I ended up going through my pregnancy alone. After my son was born, I allowed him to be in my son’s life, but he was unsupportive and became mentally abusive. My self-worth plummeted and my life continued to fall apart. I couldn’t bond with my son due to my post natal depression. I managed to return to work after maternity leave but my performance at work was slipping. I had stopped going out with my friends and became completely isolated.

At some point in the darkness I decided I had had enough, and it was time to take back control of my life. That is when I discovered The Secret by Rhonda Byrne and so my journey began. It has been an awfully long but rewarding journey and I have managed to find the badass within. I want to help empower other women to do the same. We are truly special and deserve to live the life of our dreams. I am here to support and guide you all to get from where you are to where you want to be. Not just in your self love journey but in life. It is my belief, however, that self love is where it all begins.

Each day I am becoming happier and can say with confidence ‘I love myself’. Is it easy? Heck no! but is it worth it? Well HELL YES!

If I am honest it has taken time, energy and almost £15,000 of investment in myself but I am now launching my self -love coaching business as well as my Sisterhoodslay T – shirt range, I am truly blessed.

I really want to let you know if I can do it anyone can!
