Crossgates Yoga is a weekly class on Mondays at 7.20pm in the lovely, spacious hall at The Newman Centre, opposite The Crossgates Shopping Centre.

It’s a class for everyone - all ages, whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced before. Why not come give it a try?

Cross Gates Yoga is a fun, friendly, all levels class on Mondays, 7:20pm at the Newman Centre Hall.

You don’t have to be flexible or have any experience, complete beginners are very welcome.

To try a class for £1, there’s no need to book, just come along to the hall at 7:15 for a 7:20 start. I have spare mats or bring your own if you have one.

It’s a friendly, welcoming yoga class of all ages and abilities on Monday evenings in the lovely, spacious hall at the Newman Centre (next to St Theresa’s Church) in Cross Gates.

If you’re looking for ways to look after your mind and body this year (or just for a fun, feel-good way to pass a Monday evening) - why not come give it a try?
