Who Am I ?
I'm Stéphane, 26 year old, qualify Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer.
I'm from the North of France and previously did a degree in Communication and in Customer Services.
A lot into Music, played piano for 11 years and taught myself guitar and ukulele. (I Still Play)
I'm also Christian, member of The Church of Jesus-Christ of Latter Day Saints.
And now entering in a new era which is to share and inspire people from my passion in fitness. If you need motivation, I'm your guy !

Qui suis je ?
Je suis Stéphane, j'ai 26 ans, je suis certifié instructeur de fitness et coach sportif.
Je viens du nord de la France et j'ai un diplôme en communication et en service à la clientèle.
Passionné de musique, j'ai joué du piano pendant 11 ans et j'ai appris moi-même la guitare et le ukulélé. (J'y joue toujours)
Je suis également chrétien, membre de l'Église de Jésus-Christ des Saints des Derniers Jours.
Et maintenant j'entre dans une nouvelle ère qui consiste à partager et inspirer les gens par ma passion du fitness.

A little bit about me :

After some health issues in my life, fitness training and cooking quickly became my passions and lifestyle inspiring me to become a Personal Trainer.
I’m convinced that a healthy and active lifestyle can have a huge impact on wellbeing and generate positivity. I believe that through a healthy diet, the right training and action program everyone can reach their full potential.
I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with basic knowledge and experience in nutrition. Feel free to contact me to improve your lifestyle and find fun and discipline in fitness training.
I offer 1 to 1, small group personal training session (couples/friends) or online.

Un peu plus sur moi:

Après quelques problèmes de santé, l'entraînement physique et la cuisine sont rapidement devenus mes passions et mon style de vie, ce qui m'a inspiré à devenir coach sportif.
Je suis convaincu qu'un mode de vie sain et actif peut avoir un impact énorme sur le bien-être et générer de la positivité. Je crois que grâce à une alimentation saine, un bon programme d'entraînement et plan d'action, chacun peut atteindre son plein potentiel.
Je suis coach sportif qualifié avec des connaissances de basics et une expérience en nutrition. N'hésitez pas à me contacter pour améliorer votre style de vie et trouver du plaisir et de la discipline dans l'entraînement sportif.
